2nd Class Standard UK Recorded Delivery: £5.99, Please note that this service usually takes 3-5 working days after delivery has been dispatched but is not guaranteed, Due to the current situation with covid-19 delays are possible, please consider this when choosing this option, delays can vary depend on location and postcode.
We Are now offering A Courier Service which is Approx 2-3 Days delivery after dispatch, The cost is £10.99, the delivery will be Monday to Friday only excluding bank holidays and weekends.
dependant on the number of items you have ordered, should we need to use a 2nd postage bag you will be liable to pay for additional postage, we will contact you before dispatch.
Please also take into consideration during busy periods postage can take a little longer to arrive. Bank Holiday, Christmas etc, services are also more restricted, if concerned please message us before ordering.
We will not take responsibility for orders made using an incorrect address, as a customer this is your responsabilty to ensure your address and postcode is correct at the time of purchase. If we should need to claim for lost parcels and you have entered the wrong or incomplete address then you will only get back the value that Royal Mail/Courier refunds. If they do not refund unfortunately you will not get your money back.
When placing your orders, we strongly recommend you choose the postage that protects you as a customer from losses or damages, Royal Mail will only pay out up to the value of £50 for signed for postage, if your order is worth more than this we would advise you to select the courier service which will protect you up to £250 for losses and damages, this under no way guarantees you will get the full value back but selecting the right postage will help significantly should we need to attempt to claim on your behalf for a loss or damage to your items.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. You will receive notification in advance via text with your date and time slot, If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location on the property, such as porches with a door, sheds or greenhouses and garages, however as a customer, it will be your responsibility to follow the prompts to re arrange delerivery or change the date if you know that there’s a chance no one will be at home to receive, If a parcel is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel, please contact Us directly by email at email@example.com with your name and order number, Notification of such failures must be made within 7 working days from last day of expected delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods, Failure to raise a initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered.
Due To the current circumstances with covid-19 we are T times experiencing delays but will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, we also ask that you contact us directly by email or on our social media accounts before sending any returns.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return full priced non discounted/sale items to us within 14 days of dispatch in their original, sellable condition with a return note stating the reason for return. We do not offer exchanges, should you wish to change to size of your item simply place a new order for the required size.
Unfortunately sale items, personalised items and socks/underwear cannot be returned
When trying on items, please ensure that they are not in contact with anything that may mark, stain or add scent to them such as deodorant, perfume, cigarettes, food and drinks. Clothes Tags must remain in tact, We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Returned items will be at the cost of the buyer , please also consider if you have used a discount code for free delivery there will be Additional terms and conditions regarding returns, if you return an item and no longer meet the minimum spend limit to qualify for the discount the original cost of postage will be charged back to you Before processing the refund
Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of returns for us to process your refund. Your refund will be refunded on to the same card you used to make your purchase.
